Becoming a member is simple. Here are a few things you will need to gather once you are ready to make a commitment for a better you.

We hate to see you go! You will need to contact your club directly to cancel your membership. Feel free to call or email during staffed hours and your trainer will assist you in their cancellation process. To find your trainers contact information click here.
These vary by schedule since each persons schedule is individually different. Contact your trainer or go to the Our Prices page to search for what suites you. From there, you can view pricing for the type of membership you are inquiring about. If you are already a member and your schedule changes, just let you trainer know.
No. When you sign up for a Last Strike Fitness Membership, you are enrolled into the membership you choose with your trainer, after the 1 Day, 1 Week or 30 days are complete. You will receive emails throughout your 1 Day, 1 Week or 30-day Last Strike Fitness Membership, notifying you of your membership start date. If you do not wish to renew, you will be directed to a link re-enroll membership. If you choose to auto enroll each month please notify your trainer and he will set you account up for auto-enroll.
BFFs (or Best Fitness Friends as we call them!) are allowed, but due to safety reasons, we request that your friend speak with our fitness staff to work out with your guest.
Yes! Contact the trainer you are interested in then join. Validation will require you to show proof of ID upon arrival.
